I'm still feeling under the weather, so workout Wednesday is not happening. Instead I'd like to tell you about Tazo Chai tea!

So I am a bg tea drinker. Well tea and coffee. BUt up until now I had always thought of chai as being a luxery. Something I would have to spend major change on at Starbucks. But not any longer. I received a free sample of 3 different kinds of chai tee from Tazo. The one I opted for was: Vanilla Caramel.
Now while some of you may enjoy this hot I prefer my chai as a latte. So I brewed it hot and let it steep. After that I swirled it with some sweetened milk and poured it over ice. Oh My Gaw. It was like heaven! While I enjoy Starbucks version of the chai latte it has always been a little sweet for me. With te Tazo chai you actually get the taste of chai. The hints of cinnamon and nutmeg swirled in the black tea with just notes of vanilla and caramel. In fact the first sip I had I'm pretty sure I squeeled, "It tastes like Christmas!"
